Terms & Conditions

The agreement that governs your use of the Diet Meal Management platform, website, and mobile applications.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you (the "Customer") and Diet Meal Management, a product of Aim Infosoft ("we" or "us"), covering your access to and use of our software, website at dietmealmanagement.com, mobile applications, and related services (together, the "Platform").

By creating an account, signing an order form, or using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you accept them, and that you have the authority to accept them on behalf of the organisation you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Definitions

  • Platform — The Diet Meal Management software, admin panel, customer portal, driver application, APIs, and documentation.
  • Subscription — The paid plan that grants your organisation access to the Platform for an agreed term.
  • Customer Data — All data you or your end customers submit to the Platform, including subscriber, order, menu, and delivery records.
  • End Customer — An individual who subscribes to meal plans through your organisation using the Platform.

Licence & Account

Subject to these Terms and payment of the applicable fees, we grant your organisation a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform for your internal business operations for the duration of your Subscription.

You are responsible for every action taken under your accounts. Keep credentials confidential, give each user their own login, assign the narrowest role that lets them do their job, and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Copy, resell, sublicense, or white-label the Platform without a written agreement with us
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Platform
  • Upload malware, attempt to breach access controls, or probe the Platform for vulnerabilities without written permission
  • Use the Platform to send unlawful, misleading, or unsolicited bulk messages to end customers
  • Exceed documented API rate limits or place an unreasonable load on shared infrastructure
  • Use the Platform in breach of any applicable law, including food safety, tax, and data protection rules in your market

Fees, Billing & Renewal

Fees, the billing cycle, and the subscription term are set out in your order form or proposal. Unless that document says otherwise, invoices are payable within the stated period, fees exclude taxes and bank charges, and subscriptions renew for the same term unless either party gives notice before the renewal date.

Payments made through third-party gateways are also subject to those providers' own terms. We may suspend access to the Platform if an invoice remains unpaid after written reminders, and we will tell you before we do.

Customer Data & Privacy

Customer Data belongs to you. We process it only to operate and support the Platform, and as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for collecting any consent your end customers' data requires, and for the accuracy of what you upload. On termination you may request an export of your data; after the retention period stated in your agreement, we delete it.

Intellectual Property

The Platform, its source code, design, documentation, and trademarks remain our property or that of our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any part of the Platform to you.

Feedback and improvement suggestions you send us may be used to develop the Platform without obligation or payment to you.

Availability, Support & Changes

We work to keep the Platform available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical; emergency maintenance may happen without notice.

Support channels and response expectations are published on our Support Centre. We may add, change, or retire features over time; where a change materially reduces functionality you rely on, we will give reasonable notice.

Liability & Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of goodwill, or loss of data arising from the use of the Platform. Our total aggregate liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your Customer Data, or your use of the Platform in breach of applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Suspension & Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at the end of the current term by giving the notice stated in the order form. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for non-payment, a material breach that is not remedied after written notice, or use that threatens the security of the Platform or other customers.

On termination your licence ends, access is withdrawn, and fees already invoiced remain payable. Clauses that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, liability, and governing law — continue to apply.

Governing Law & Updates

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your order form. Where none is stated, they are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms as the Platform and the law evolve. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and continued use after an update means you accept it.

Questions About These Terms?

Ask us before you sign — we would rather clarify a clause than argue about it later.
